Glide-Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Coverage applies to the original buyer for the life of the original installation. This warranty is separate from our Cabinet Warranty and is not transferable.
Coverage Details
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original residential installation. This includes:
What's Covered (Residential)
- Manufacturing defects in plank materials
- Wear layer failure under normal residential use
- Delamination or separation of layers
- Fading or discoloration not caused by external factors
- Locking system failures when properly installed
- Water damage resistance as specified in product documentation
Commercial Use Warranty
For commercial installations, Glide-Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring is covered by a separate 10-year limited commercial warranty. Coverage terms and conditions differ from residential use. Contact us for full commercial warranty documentation.

- Damage from improper installation or subfloor issues
- Water damage from flooding, plumbing leaks, or standing water
- Damage from abuse, misuse, or negligence
- Scratches, dents, or indentations from furniture or heavy objects
- Damage from harsh chemicals or improper cleaning products
- Fading from direct, prolonged sunlight exposure
- Normal wear and tear
- Labor costs for removal or reinstallation
- Transferred installations or secondary owners
How to File a Warranty Claim

Our team will review your claim and may request samples for inspection.
Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement product at our discretion.
Important Note
This flooring warranty is separate from our Lifetime Transferable Cabinet Warranty. Unlike the cabinet warranty, the flooring warranty is not transferable to subsequent homeowners and applies only to the original purchaser.
