WHEN IT COMES TO FLOORING, NOT ALL FLOORING IS CREATED EQUAL!

Do you know that the thickness of the laminate or vinyl plank flooring makes all the difference between a wavy floor and a nice smooth floor?  Several things to consider before making a purchase for laminate or vinyl plank flooring:

1. Warranty - Although many flooring products may have a long term warranty, but that is against manufacturing defects, etc... it doesn't mean that your floor will look and perform well.

2. Thickness- Thinner laminate and vinyl plank flooring doesn't offer anything but a quick cover up with with very bad appearence with waviness in every board that can become not only an eye sore but noisy when walking on them.

3. Impact resistance - Typically the thinner the flooring the less impact and abuse the flooring will withstand.

4. Cost - Most of the time you can purchase a much heavier gauge, more durable laminate flooring, and vinyl plank flooring for less than the cost of the thinner inferior grade flooring offered by others.
